Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Racing FUNd. If you have an issue with an order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and uninstalled

• Be in the same condition in which it was received

• Be free from damage, modification, wear, or contamination

• Include all original components and packaging, when applicable

Parts that have been installed, used, modified, drilled, machined, welded, painted, powder coated, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for return unless the item was defective when received.

Before returning an item, please contact us at our Contact Page to request return authorization and return instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization may delay processing.

Return Shipping

For returns due to buyer preference, ordering the wrong item, or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by RacingFund.us 

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact us before returning it. If we determine that the issue is our responsibility, we will arrange for an appropriate replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible through our Contact Page and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Photographs of the item and packaging when applicable

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, refund, or return authorization.

Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing incidents, accidents, modification, abuse, incorrect application, or normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products produced specifically for a customer

• Products that have been installed or used

• Products that have been modified, machined, drilled, welded, painted, coated, or otherwise altered

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The easiest way to exchange an eligible item is to contact us for return authorization. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

If the exchange is required because we shipped the wrong item or because the product was defective when received, please contact us so we can get the correct parts to you quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days after the refund is processed for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or from a product that was defective when received.

We reserve the right to reduce or deny a refund if an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, modified, or in a condition substantially different from when it was delivered.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet entered processing or production may generally be canceled. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the normal return process.

Custom, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products may not be cancelable once manufacturing has begun.

Motorsport and Performance Products

Many products sold by RacingFund.us / Maximum Effort Racing are intended for automotive, motorsport, racing, fabrication, or performance applications.

Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility, proper installation, and suitability for their intended application before installation or use.

Products damaged as a result of improper installation, misuse, competition incidents, accidents, modification, or use outside their intended application are not eligible for return as defective products.
