Motorsport and Racing Use

Motorsports and performance driving involve inherent risks, including the possibility of property damage, equipment failure, injury, or death.

Purchasing a component from us does not guarantee that a vehicle, machine, or component will be suitable or safe for competition or performance use.

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for the intended application and for inspecting and maintaining the product and related equipment appropriately.

When a particular product is identified as being intended for competition, track, or off-road use, the purchaser is responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, sanctioning-body rules, and vehicle requirements.

Orders

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Pricing or product information errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Inventory errors
Shipping restrictions
Product discontinuation
Orders we are unable to fulfill

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Wear items and components subjected to friction, impact, heat, vibration, racing, competition, or other demanding environments may require periodic inspection and replacement.

Normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Warranty and Disclaimers

Except to the extent required by applicable law, we do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated for a particular product.

We do not guarantee that use of a product will produce a particular performance improvement, racing result, lap time, competition result, vehicle capability, or service life.
